Relationship Difficulties

Patterns between people

Conflict, silence, jealousy, or a slow fade of closeness can leave you confused about what you want. Individual online sessions look at the relationship from your side of the table.

About

Relationship Difficulties

Psychological support online with Minahil Babar — not a diagnosis factory, and not a clinic visit.

Difficulties may be with a partner, a parent, a sibling, or a friend. You might be the one who pursues, the one who shuts down, or both on different days. Therapy helps you see the cycle rather than only the last argument.

This is not a court. The other person is not on trial in their absence. The work is your experience, your needs, and the choices available to you — including the choice to stay, leave, or change how you show up.

Sessions are individual and online. Joint sessions are not the default format of this practice.

Supportive conversation, not a promise to eliminate symptoms
