Trauma / PTSD

Careful support after what happened

After a frightening, violating, or overwhelming event, the nervous system can stay on alert. Online sessions offer a paced, confidential place to talk — without forcing the story, and without claiming to erase it.

About

Trauma / PTSD

Psychological support online with Minahil Babar — not a diagnosis factory, and not a clinic visit.

Trauma-related difficulties can include intrusive memories, nightmares, jumpiness, numbness, shame, or a sense that the world is no longer safe. Some people meet criteria that clinicians call PTSD; others have a mix of reactions that still deserve care. This practice does not diagnose PTSD over a webpage.

Work is paced. You will not be pushed to recount details before you have enough steadiness. The first task is often safety in the session: choice, pause, and the right to stop. Support may include making sense of reactions that feel confusing, and finding ways to be in the present without being ambushed by the past.

Online therapy is not suitable for every trauma presentation. If you are in ongoing danger, dissociate severely, or need intensive in-person care, that will be discussed. Crisis and emergency services remain the right first step if you cannot stay safe.
