Online Intake / Psychological Consultation

A first conversation, online

If you are unsure where to start, an intake session is a structured introduction: what brings you, what you hope for, and whether continuing online with this practice makes sense.

About

Online Intake / Psychological Consultation

Online sessions with psychologist Minahil Babar — no clinic visit.

An online consultation is not a test you can fail. It is a meeting to hear your story at a pace you can manage, explain how sessions work, and outline confidentiality — including the limits that apply if there is a serious risk of harm.

You might leave with a plan for regular individual therapy, a clearer sense that a different service would fit better, or simply more language for what you have been carrying. There is no obligation to continue after one session.

You will need a private space, a device with camera and microphone if possible, and a stable internet connection. Phone can be used if video is difficult. This practice does not offer in-person appointments or home visits.

Please do not use a scheduled consultation as a substitute for emergency care. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
