Relationships can leave you feeling unseen, too much, not enough, or constantly on guard. Individual online sessions look at those patterns — including the ones you bring, not only the ones you blame.
Online sessions with psychologist Minahil Babar — no clinic visit.
This is individual therapy focused on how you relate: with a partner, family, friends, or colleagues. It is not couple counselling in the same session unless that is separately arranged. Many people still find that working on their own side of a pattern changes the dance.
You might be dealing with repeated arguments, withdrawal, jealousy, people-pleasing, difficulty saying no, or the aftermath of a rupture. We look at what you need, what you fear, and how those two meet in conversation.
The tone is curious rather than accusatory. Understanding your history of attachment and conflict can make present-day reactions less mysterious — and give you more choice in how you respond.
Therapy cannot make another person change. It can help you see the relationship more clearly, decide what you can live with, and practise communicating with more honesty and less collapse or attack.
